➕ If your order was placed Thursday - Sunday, it will be made and delivered/shipped out the following week between Monday & Thursday.
➕ If you select local pickup you will receive an email when your order is ready.
➕ Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. If you selected delivery (Only Bakersfield) you will receive your order Tuesday or Thursday.
➕ When your Liv Wise Sea Moss Gel arrives, it may have become warm during the shipping or delivering process. Please don't panic, this is perfectly normal. Due to Sea Moss essentially being a gelatinous rock, it does not age like normal food products. For best results and optimal consistency do not cross contaminate, refrigerate overnight before opening, and keep refrigerated between uses.
